Dr Jamie Walton, co-founder
Former head of FX and rates quant at Morgan Stanley
Jamie has spent 18 years as a senior quant at UBS, BNP Paribas and for the last 10 years at Morgan Stanley. He started his career trading in the CME options pits before moving to the quant space first in derivative modelling and then running all the FX, Rates and Emerging Markets quants at Morgan Stanley a team of more than 80 people. Jamie started the eFX quant team in 2009 at MS and grew this to be a significant provider of trading revenue. Jamie’s unique insights from holding senior posts in these spheres provides unprecedented capability and creativity for the invention of new innovative services. A fellow of Mathematics at UCL, Jamie has written academic papers on electronic trading. Jamie is the mathematical leader of Raidne’s service development.
Jim Wyatt, co-founder
Founder of successful IT & operations company and entrepreneur
A socialist entrepreneur who believes that looking after the interests of the clients and the staff is the route to providing long-term shareholder value. Jim founded www.bio.uk.com in 1999. Clients included Bank of England & many blue chip organisations. Jim has detailed experience of building a successful business from start-up through to a fully functioning enterprise, with specific skills in new business generation & sales.
Paul Duprey, Chief Executive Officer
Independent consultant to the FX industry
Paul has worked in institutional sales for over thirty years, offering foreign exchange products and services to the investment industry. He spent much of his career at HSBC where he played an important role in positions such as managing director, and global head of HSBC security FX Sales. Paul took up independent consulting in 2014 and has since used his experience to advise institutional clients on all things foreign exchange related. Today, as chief executive officer at Raidne, Paul takes the leading role in delivering positive outcomes for shareholders, customers and employees.
Stephen Rook, CTO
Data scientist
With a Masters from Cambridge University, Stephen is an experienced data scientist and leads all matters technical at Raidne. Stephen has worked across a variety of industry sectors including pioneering EDI transactions, managing major transitions for global companies and delivering large scale project management outcomes. Stephen's work includes foundational projects such as his role working on the HMRC elements of the Government Gateway. Using a broad set of skills developed in the sciences, data and academic industries, Stephen applies a meticulous attention to detail approach as part of his role as CTO for Raidne.

Alison Clare Chief Operating Officer
Financial services risk & compliance expert
Alison's career in the global custody industry has spanned a number of senior roles at an impressive variety of international banks - HSBC, RBS, BNYMellon and Northern Trust to name just a few. She has 35 years of leadership experience that ranges from managing global teams to having been responsible for operations, client services, product management and network management. Alison has also led international teams in risk and compliance, planning, guiding and overseeing the implementation of new regulations such MiFID II, GDPR, MAR and the FCA’s Conduct Regime. Most recently she has held position of SMF 16 for a number of UK legal entities and been involved in a variety of board and risk committees. As chief operating officer at Raidne Alison is responsible for interactions with suppliers, assessment of risks and overseeing Raidne governance arrangements.
Dennis Johnson, Advisory Board Member
Senior global investment & finance executive
Dennis has 41 years of experience as a global investment and finance executive. He serves on the Raidne Limited Advisory Board. Dennis is a member of the Glass Lewis & Co. Board of Directors. He is a Non-Executive Director for American Made Filtration Corporation. Dennis is the Chair of the Private Directors Association Private Equity Committee Strategic Council. Dennis served on the Board of Directors of Texas Industries (NYSE-TXI), Foreign Policy Association Board of Directors and the Council of Institutional Investors Board of Directors. He was appointed to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Investor Advisory Committee by Former SEC Chair Mary Shapiro. Dennis is the Former Chief Strategy Officer for Public Investment Fund, Former Chief Investment Officer for TIAA and Former Chief Investment Officer for Comerica. Dennis is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Economics and earned a Masters of Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder. .
Mathew Szeto, Advisory Board Member
Trading and market structure expert
Mathew Szeto has almost two decades in financial services, and serves on the Raidne Limited Advisory Board.
He began his career as an algorithm developer at RBC Capital Markets, and spent time in progressively senior roles in Toronto and London, ultimately as co-head of Cash Equity Execution for the EMEA region. During this time he greatly expanded RBC’s presence in the region and was responsible for Cash Equities MiFID II program. Mathew Spent two years at Peel Hunt, and is now Head of Institutional Sales for Aquanow, a global digital asset & crypto infrastructure and liquidity provider.
Mathew has a B.ASc (Computer Engineering) degree from the University of Toronto, is a Professional Engineer in Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder. He is a member of the Massey Hall Forever Campaign Cabinet in Toronto and active in the University of Toronto Engineering Alumni Community.
Declan McEvoy, Advisory Board Member
Senior applied AI and FX market expert
Declan serves on the Raidne Limited Advisory Board. He has over 30 years of experience in the global
financial markets, having worked in various FX sales, FX trading and FX management roles for
Citigroup, UBS, StanChart, Chase and BarCap. He is currently CEO of Nazaré Point, a FinTech AI-
driven Investment Advisor that recently merged with Coalface Capital. He holds an MBA from
London Business School and is also a board member of CeADAR, Ireland’s Centre for Applied AI,
based in University College Dublin.
